    • Description of the issue (what happened and when).
    • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue (multiple angles help).
  3. We review and respond:
    • We aim to respond within 3 to 5 business days after receiving a complete request.
    • If approved, we will advise the next step, which may include repair, replacement, or another resolution per brand policy.
