These Terms apply to all online purchases made via the Elite Horizon General Trading LLC website.

We strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to ongoing product improvements or supply changes.

3. Order Acceptance and Fulfillment

• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Once dispatched, we will notify you by email with tracking details (where applicable).

4. Delivery

• Delivery will be made to the address specified at checkout.
• Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
• We deliver only within designated areas as shown on our website.
• Please inspect your items on arrival. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 2 working days of receipt.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

• You may return items within 7 days if they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
• To initiate a return, contact sales@ehdxb.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos/videos showing the issue.
• Returns must be in original packaging and unused condition unless the product is faulty.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind.

6. Warranty

• Products are covered for 5 days against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty excludes damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
• Our team will assess the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

7. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are shown in AED and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order.

8. Risk and Title

• Risk passes to you upon delivery.
• Ownership remains with us until full payment has been received and cleared.

9. Intellectual Property

All brand names, images, and content on our website are the property of Elite Horizon and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

These Terms apply to all trade sales between Elite Horizon General Trading LLC (“Elite Horizon”, “we”, “us”) and its business customers (“the Customer”).

1. Scope

These Terms govern all orders placed by the Customer, overriding any conflicting terms provided by the Customer unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Quotations and Orders

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Orders are binding upon written confirmation from the Customer and acceptance by Elite Horizon.

3. Product Specifications

• We reserve the right to adjust product specifications to comply with regulations or improve performance.
• Substitutions may occur where equivalent or better alternatives are available.

4. Delivery Terms

• Delivery will be made to the address agreed at the time of order.
• Quantities may vary by ±5% due to manufacturing or packing tolerances.
• Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
• Delays due to customs, shipping lines, or force majeure events do not constitute breach of contract.

5. Inspection and Claims

• All goods must be inspected upon delivery.
• Claims for shortages, damages, or defects must be made within 2 working days of receipt.
• Claims must include order details, proof of purchase, and supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos).

6. Returns Policy

• Returns are accepted only for defective or misdelivered goods.
• No returns are permitted without prior written authorization.
• Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging within 7 days of authorization.

7. Warranty

• Goods are warranted for 5 working days against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty excludes misuse, negligence, improper storage, or failure to follow handling guidelines.
• Remedies include repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.

8. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are subject to change due to factors like raw material costs, FX rates, or shipping rates.
• Payment terms: 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may result in interest charges, suspension of future orders, or withdrawal of credit facilities.

9. Risk and Title

• Risk transfers upon delivery.
• Title remains with Elite Horizon until full payment has been received for all outstanding invoices.

10. Cancellations

• Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled without written agreement.
• Cancelled orders may incur restocking fees or charges for costs incurred.

11. Insolvency

If the Customer becomes insolvent, we may terminate pending orders, repossess any unpaid goods, or withhold further deliveries.

12. Use of Branding

Use of Elite Horizon brand names, trademarks, or images requires prior written approval. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dubai law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
