This team is much more than a supplier — they’re a pillar of the local BBQ community. From the early days of sourcing quality charcoal and wood to supporting and sponsoring events that helped launch homegrown concepts, these guys have always shown up. AC SmokeYard may be a personal passion, but the support, encouragement, and fair pricing from the Elite Horizon team never goes unnoticed. Top‑quality equipment, great supplies, and genuine community support. A million thanks to the team — truly appreciated.
Elite Horizon offer great quality products at a great price. Best lumpwood charcoal i have found
Used these guys for charcoal and firewood orders for my BBQing - would highly recommend for two reasons. Firstly, the quality of the product is great; and secondly the level of service/delivery you get the from the team is top notch as well.
I've been using the services of Aadil and the team for years now, always top notch. This month he went above and beyond, a garden party was planned and it was still way too hot. Aadil jumped to the rescue and arranged 2 of his fantastic Pure Cool outdoor air conditioners. They were brilliant and made a huge difference, highly recommended!! Will be calling in soon for my winter firewood Aadil. Thanks again!
Excellent range of products and support. I ordered the Bad Axe pizza oven and it was delivered the same day. Communication and guidance during the ordering process was spot on. First test of the oven was a Pizza Party for 16 of my mates. Less than 90 seconds to cook a pizza at full heat meant we all had a great time and the pizzas were amazing. The hardwood is excellent value as well.
If you are looking for the finest product with exceptional customer service and a good old British sense of honesty, this company will deliver it all the time. I am so thankful to have ordered the BBQ and BBQ cover from here along with logs for the camping bonfire - it has reinstated my faith in a business to deliver an honest service with incomparably good value products. The range of products were huge, the staff were very knowledgeable and advised on the best value proposition for the item I was looking, refreshing to see no upselling or push, prompt delivery, installation and advice and post-purchase support when ever I needed one. If you are looking to buy any camping and outdoor items, I highly recommend this business. One of the best experiences I have had as a customer in the UAE. Way to go Aadil and the team!
I have only had a very good experience with the Elite Horizon team. Every few months I bulk order wood and charcoal, they deliver and pack the packages where I want them. I can recommend Elite Horizon for good and fast service and shipping.
Excellent service, interaction and product. I called the number and the guy I spoke to (a British) was friendly and helpful. He explained the process and we fine tuned what I wanted on WhatsApp which I found a really convenient way. Great range of items - really well curated. I dislike it when I've got too much choice but this felt about the right amount of choice. My son had just arrived in town and we planned an impromptu BBQ for that evening. I honestly thought that it wouldn't be possible to get sorted in time but this company absolutely delivered same day and enabled a wonderful reunion evening for our family. When my goods were delivered (charcoal + 3 bags of fire wood) they took them all round to the back of our property and neatly stacked them for me which was a nice touch instead of just dumping them at my front door. Quality product - the charcoal is perhaps a bit bigger pieces than I'm used to but actually made set up a bit easier so all good. Thanks again, well done team! Will use again and tell my friends.
Always excellent service from Aadil and his team, the go to place for all of your firewood, fire-pits, coolers and BBQs. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Aadil and the team are top notch across all elements. For those wanting to smoke or braai their wood is amazing both for offset cooking and direct heat. I’ve tried their lump charcoal in a drum smoker and it’s the first bag in Dubai I’ve found to have all sizes from small starters to large long burns. And their service - same day no questions. Last but not least, they are working on expanding their offering based on consumer requests. Thanks again guys, I wouldn’t shop anywhere else - particularly if you find some pecan and mesquite logs for us!
Fantastic customer service , great products. Adils recommendations was for 2 types of wood , one for the bbq and one for the pizza oven , this really helps to flavour the food! Fast delivery and always answers watsapp quick! Wouldn't shop anywhere else !
Fast response, fair price and delivery on time. Very appreciated service and good communication. Good quality coal for BBQ and nice chunky logs of wood for fireplace. Thanks guys and keep up with good job
Excellent customer service, quick delivery and fantastic product. We have a wood pizza oven and burn a lot of wood. I definitely recommend this service and product.
We cooked dinner and smores on the coals and which burnt very well. The wood seemed to burn a lot longer than other wood we've used.
Excellent service - even at last minutes notice. High quality wood, and the oak had a great taste.
Nothing says cooler temperatures like sitting around a crackling fire. My wife bought me a fire pit for the garden and I got tired of buying small bags of wood at exorbitant prices from the local supermarket. That's when I found Dubai Firewood Charcoal. I sent a text message and Adel delivered my wood the same day. Now sitting around my fire pit in the evening, smoking a cigar and having a drink is all I need. The wonderful smell of the wood and the cracking of the fire, conjures up memories of days long past. If you want to experience the best part of living in the UAE, get yourself a fire pit and call 800-FIREWOOD. Tell them Gary sent you.
Ordered some oak for my smoker, staff were very friendly and arranged delivery for me same day! Best quality wood we have used in Dubai so far, can not recommend enough!
Excellent proffesional customer care. I had Great Oak Wood delivered to my door step. Would highly recommend these guys!
Ordered the oak wood and it was delivered to my home in no time! Really great product quality and customer service. Highly recommend!
Ordered some oak firewood over the weekend for my smoker at home, great quality and fast delivery. Highly recommend.
