Using only premium cuts of beef from White stripe Safco, Mr. Alex slow-cooks the pastor over a real wood fire for deep, smoky flavour. The result is meat that’s tender inside, charred and caramelised on the outside.
The Perfect Sidekick: Charred Salsa Verde & Fresh Tortillas
The pastor comes with charred salsa verde, made from hand-roasted tomatillos and jalapeños, adding a smoky, citrusy punch to each bite. Add freshly pressed tortillas, warm from the griddle, and you have a great handheld barbecue dish.
