At Elite Horizon, we believe in bringing the world’s best BBQ experiences to our region, and this time we got to enjoy it first-hand. We recently hosted Jason from Kindled Provisions, our US partner and supplier of top-quality American hardwood firewood, for a live office cookout that left everyone speechless (and full).
A Day of Flame & Flavour
Jason fired up our ProQ Smokers and treated the team to a menu featuring slow-smoked turkey and perfectly seared steaks , all cooked using Kindled Provisions’ premium hardwoods. The firewood performed brilliantly: clean burning, with consistent heat and that authentic smoky aroma every pitmaster wants.
Why We Choose Kindled Provisions
Kindled Provisions’ firewood is responsibly sourced, kiln-dried for low moisture and full of flavour, for home and professional BBQs alike. Chefs, enthusiasts and beginners can rely on these hardwoods for heat, flavour and performance every time.
A Partnership That Fires Us Up
This cookout was more than a meal. It was a celebration of our partnership with Kindled Provisions. Together, we’re making premium American firewood accessible across the UAE and GCC, for smoking brisket in a restaurant or grilling burgers at home.
